When you're good, you're good.Kara and I just found out that we are expecting our SECOND baby. Yep, uh-huh.
She was having some migraines and unexpected fatigue (which should have tipped us off), but it was after she took some home tests that we confirmed what we thought might be true.
Baby Brownie #2.
Expected arrival date: October 26, 2008.

You didn't tell me that you were coming our way!!! Oh my gosh, we are really going to be able to see eachother more!!! And another baby? They are going to be 15 months apart like ours! Wow! Congratulations guys!!! :-)

ReplyDeleteHearing about Kara's adjustment in Salem reminded me of the time we were newly married and moved to LaBelle, FL to take care of Ted's Dad's nursery on 360 acres. LaBelle is a tiny town and we knew NO ONE. We managed to find a very small church where we could halfway relate, but I remember one weekend we went to visit some friends in another city and driving back to LaBelle, we both started crying because we felt so alone in LaBelle with no friends. I hate being new. But Kara, you are such an amazing person. Like my wonderful daughter, Cristi, you too will make new friends in no time. You and Cristi have that people gift and sometimes I envy that since I am more of an introvert (so I've been told). But my dear Kara, the newness will wear off and before you know it, you'll be overbooking yourself once again! :)
